About Us
Lemondrop House is a 5+ bedroom / 5 bathroom beach vacation home located in the Eastern Lake area of Seagrove Beach.
The home will be available starting in the Spring of 2009. Completed in 2005, Lemondrop House sleeps up to 18. Located approximately 125 yards from the white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes. Located south of Hwy 30-A, there is no busy highway to cross. Ride your bike to Grayton, Seaside or Rosemary Beach.
Stroll to Seagrove Market or FlipFlops for a grouper sandwich or fried shrimp basket. Eastern Lake is right around the corner. Take the little ones to this rare coastal lake instead of the ocean if you think the waves are too rough.
This 2800+- square feet, 3 story custom home is perfect for a large family gathering or group. All new furniture and amenities have been installed. First floor features a spacious living area with sleeper sofa, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar, full bedroom with king size bed and full bath.
First floor bedroom and bath is convenient for someone who needs to avoid stairs. Second floor has large master bedroom with king bed and master suite bathroom.
Master bath has large jetted tub with separate walk-in shower with glass door and double vanity sinks. Second floor also has bedroom with queen bed and private full bath.
Bunk room on 2nd floor has 2 bunk beds with pull out trundles (sleeps 6). Also has private full bath. Laundry is on 2nd floor also. 3rd floor has king size bedroom with separate bath with walk-in shower and double vanity.
3rd floor family room/bedroom has sleeper sofa, wet bar with fridge.
Private heated pool in front yard with fence. Patio area surrounds pool with patio furniture. Screen porch on 1st floor with covered open porches on 2nd and 3rd floors.
